A Little Board Navigation Help Please

I can't believe I am asking this especially since I used to build websites. However, I am having trouble listing my city/state & Doctor under my picture /avatar for my profile. My doctor used to show up before they change the site, can someone tell me how to add those features.

ALL I KNOW IS I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE BAR ABOVE WHERE IT SAYS MY OH AND YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO FIND EVERYTHING. NO LUCK FOR ME SO FAR. GOOD LUCK TO YOU

click on My OH at top of this page

settings page will come up
click on Status and type in the date of surgery and type, save your work at bottom of page

click on upper left   My Surgeon
it'll take you to another page and click on Pick A Surgeon on the right top
and post any comments you have about your doctor
