Water Loading and Protein Shakes
My question the other day about "Pouch Rules" were focused more about the water loading and eating quickly 5-15mins to eat your total meal.
Should you water load before you drink a protein shake or does it make a difference? I had never heard about these "Pouch Rules" or water loading 30 minutes before a meal. Should I start doing it? I'm a year out and weight loss has slowed to a trickle.
Who faithfully follows these rules? How does it work for you?
I do 2-3 protein shakes a day and mix them with out 20 ounces of water. I don****er load before I drink them. I do try to drink a bit of water (or tea) before a meal. I have tried the stopping 1/2 hour before and tried drinking right up to a meal. Didnt seem to make a difference or change the full feeling of my pouch. Will be interested to see what answers you get on this.
