Interestingly enough, this device looks like a giant egg which you sit in.  It measures your body fat and mass with air displacement.  Many NFL teams, hospitals, colleges and even "The Biggest Loser" uses it.  But, it gave me a much higher BMI than doing it the calculator way.  I am ok with that, it is what it is and I can't wait to do it again 6 months from now.  Bring it on baby!  LOL

It is great to see your beautiful face.  I am so proud of you already.  Good for you for getting your friend to measure you and for the pictures you allowed your hubby to take.  They will be a memory in no time.  I promise you that you will be thankful that you did it.

Aw thanks!  I am glad I did it as it really was a reality check and an affirmation that I have made the right decision.  I won't post the swimsuit pics, OMG talk about reality!  I am going to get Ron to retake my pics because I had my hands in my jeans, what a geek!  LOL

How was your trip North with the little man?  It's great having you closer!

Hey Barb,
We leave in the morning tomorrow.  We are so excited.  My lil man was so giddy everytime I told him we were going on an airplane tomorrow.  He is sound asleep and I am just getting last minute things ready for the am.

Oops, for some reason I thought you were here.  Well, travel safe and give the Lil Man a hug for me.  I am so excited to know you're gonna be a little closer.  You are truly an inspiration ya know.

I really wish I would have used the one at my Surgeons it would have been interesting to watch the changes.
You are going to do great and I can't wait to see that new avatar. No more hiding it is time to show that beautiful face!!
