I am so frustrated..........Only 4 pounds

I wish I had a surgery date.....This has been three years in the making. Lost insurance in the past and had to wait until now to get going again.

I use the Nectar protein and the GNC also. I prefer the Nectar Protein and have been using that exclusively for the past week since you guys told me where to go get it.... I mix it with water for the most part. I have used fat free milk a couple of times to make it a bit thicker (not much). I snack on Dried Peas that were mentioned at one of the support groups I went to (no one warned me about the Wasbi Peas LMAO).

Today was the first day back on the Bike since the crash and burn incident last week on the treadmill. My knee isnt even sore just real black and blue.....

Starting today, I am on nothing but liquids by my choice. I am not sure if this is the right thing to do but I feel I am running out of time and in the back of my brain I dont know what the insurance company may do since its the new year.........

Rick, the best advice I can give is weigh and measure every bite you put in your mouth. And go to www.fitday.com and log all your exercise and food so you can see what is really happening.

Before my surgery my doctor wanted me to lose 10 to 15 pounds and the doctor's office actually gave me Optifast to use.  I had three shakes a day and one meal that consisted of high protein and veges.  On the day of my surgery I was down 14.5 pounds in two weeks.  I don't know if this is an option for you or not.

When my husband had his surgery he weighed 535 pounds.  When he started the whole weight loss process he weighed 670 pounds at his highest  with a BMI of over 90.  I know you can do this.......don't give up!
