This is from Alex (my son) who graduated a year ago from The Art Institute of California - San Francisco with a degree in Video Game Programming. He's up for an award and would like everyone to vote for his game! He's thrilled to be nominated but it would be awsome if he won! (I'm so really special - I can't get the *($*$#(*#$ picture to paste! Help?)
Thanks,
Maureen
Hi everyone,
So back in 2006, one of my classes required to build and design a game using a pre-existing gaming engine. For a grueling 24 weeks, we worked on this game, designing, programming, testing, etc. I was one of the programmers who developed the game play. Anyways, to make a long story short, fast forward to two years later and the game has been nominated for an award! Right now the mod is in "Phase 1" of voting, which lasts from January 2 to January 16.
So you are probably wondering how you can help! It's very simple. All you have to do is click the following link.

The just scroll to the bottom and click the image that looks like this:

And you are done! It is that easy. Even if you don't vote for the game, I still am excited that it is even being considered for an award.
If you are curious about the details, here is the link to the site.

Thank you for your time all.
Now back to our regularly scheduled program.
