Osteoarthritis in my hips . . .

the dr said weight was probably the biggest factor causing this for me. . . and "bone on bone" just gradually gets worse . . . I'm 58 and carried 300 plus pounds for 20 years . . . so I'm sure that is my reason for this . . . my PCP had xrays done last year and said there was no sign of arthritis . . . but this rhumatologist (sp) said it's been there awhile . . . gee . . . now that I have to get a new PCP because my last one left I might be better off . . .
