Really?  REALLY??  Then what do you have to say about Diane C's personal attacks on me and the revision patient from Manteca on her post -- posted under cover of blocking me?  Hypocrite.

Diana, if you read my post (which the thread is now gone) you would have seen that my post was in answer to Darlene's post about this being the California board, not an RNY or DS board. I said nothing regarding Diane's post. There has been a lot of venom spewed by everyone, but what it all boils down to is this. This is NOT a DS, RNY, LapBand or VSG board (sorry if I left out any other WLS). This is the California board. This is supposed to be a board for information and support. We all have opinions, and we are entitled to them. What we are NOT entitled to is rude and uncalled for name calling, belittlement (whether it be for our surgery choice, our grammar or our reading comprehension), or harrassment. I am really sorry that this has gone on for the past 2-3 days.

I will just go back to being a lurker now, as I have been for the past month.

KATT  don't be a lurker!!! We all support WLS no matter what the particular wls is performed. It is people who think the DS is superior...to each is own....but I will leave it that!

You'll need to learn to write English a lot better if you hope to  be accepted to law school.

Your instruction to use "tact" is hilarious. Look in the mirror, child.

My writing has nothing to do with Diana Cox commit. "Tact" look up the definition. I used tact, I got straight to the point. Repeat I did not like the way she posted her commit. That is the point and nothing else. Diana went to an Ivy League college. Great but I was not given that privilege. You people try to make me seem stupid. I am not. I have been told by many doctors that I know more then they do about Hydrocephalus. Education is the key to everything. I do think it is good that Diana has taken it upon herself to help people with the plastic surgery laws. All am saying is she just seems to want to put down and if you want people to listen that is not the way.

My "privilege" came as a result of my hard work.  I was accepted to an Ivy-league college on my MERITS.  I had no "legacy" help; I am first generation American.  My parents were on welfare at the time, and I earned a scholarship for tuition and I had to take out loans for room and board that took years to pay off, and some I am still paying off.

And dyslexia and now hydrocephalus aside as excuses for how you write, you STILL don't seem to understand or comprehend that my original post had nothing in it slamming anyone -- YOU created that in your own head.  Seems to be another side effect of non-DS bariatric surgeries as practiced in CA.

I'm not holding my breath waiting for you to apologize for your mistake ....

Well Diana you seem to think you know it all. Let me educate you on something you don't know anything about. Dyslexia is not an excuse with me. Its a fact of life for me. See, you may have worked your ass off for your Ivy league education but  for me I have to work my ass off twice as hard  as any other normal person. I learn differently then you. When I write APA format or research papers I get A's. I can write and comprehend very well I just don't have the time to write the way you think I should on this post. As for Hydrocephalus who said anything about me having it. You know what they say about assume. I think your smart enough to get it. By the way I have five kids four with medical problems. Two of them that have hydrocephalus. So you know most of the medical law that you throw around so freely. I too, have 21plus years knowing the laws when it is about medical rights and appeals. I don't need a law degree to know how to do this. I have hands on experience. So you can take your law degree and stick it. It is not my mistake but yours. As for holding your breath for me to apologize your right you would pass out while waiting.

Oh, take your invented bull**** and shove it up your ass. PRIVILEGE had nothing to do with Diana's education. She worked like a dog for a hell of a long time and against hard odds to do what she did.

So good ******g riddance to another whiney crybaby *****
