Happy, Happy Monday California!!!

Good Morning Jeni and Cali Guys and Gals,

Hope everyone is doing great today!  It is going to be warm I heard, all over not just here in the desert!  That is a good thing.  It was warm yesterday too.  I could have worn shorts!  Well today is just housework and getting the kids to school.  I hope we are going to do a little painting and get a couple of shelves up for my Lego collection.  We will see.  San Diego lunch was such a blast and I can't wait till the next one!  This week is going to be a busy one as I have appointments all over the place and will be a driving fool.  So if you don't see me on much don't worry I am probably driving somewhere to see someone.  O.k.  I better get my laundry started or I will be doing it all day.  Have a super day everyone and remember to do something nice for you today.

Good Morning all!  Just a quickie for me this morning.  I went to bed last night at 9:30 and got goooooood sleep!  I've gotta run the cat down to the vet this morning so she can get fixed and all the rest of her preventative shots.  Tonight I will make it to the gym and continue my work-out tone-up plan.  Today I am also charting all that I eat to make sure I am getting enough protein in each day.  I'm not entirely sure, so will start charting.

I cant believe how fast the weekend went by but they always do

I was so happy I made it to the Saturday luncheon I got to meet Janine I was so Happy I've known her on the boards for over 5 years and finally got to meet her BEAUTIFYL woman I'm glad so  many new  faces and some I havent seen in a while it was all good to see them again ,,,,

I really miss this place and the support I get and makes me feel so good and happy!

Darn Chargers I know they gave it there all but I still wish we would of won,,,

Good Morning Everyone!

This weekend I shopped, shopped, shopped! Of course not for myself, lol. We got a wonderful deal on an Eddie Bower Bassinet at Target for my GF, saved $50! I cant wait till she has that baby!

Today DH and I are taking the boat out to do some fishing since its supposed to be a beautiful day!

Good morning Jeni and Cali,

Joy is leaving us today and we are sad to see her go..  Other than that, just trying to sip sip sip still and walk walk walk.. I went out yesterday outside for a nice little walk.. It feels so GOOD to get out in the fresh air.. 

I am going to try and relax while the kids are at school..  Do homework with them, and then rest some more in between walking and sipping..

Morning Jeni and Cali crew! Yup, Saturday's lunch was a great time as usual. It was soooooo GREAT to see how many of you more northernly crew came down to join us. And the surprise of Janine coming was a nice treat!!!! I wish every day could be about visiting with OH pals, as it never gets old! If you have yet to make it to one of our many Cali get togethers, you really MUST!!!
Yesterday was church, Chargers and work! Bummed that the Chargers couldn't make it happen, but that's life right!

Miss seeing you here around the boards Becky!!!!  Hope everything is going well with you and it seems you're enjoying work!  Yay for you - a job you like and pays you money!  Hows that new car running?   I have 28# left until I hit goal and am waiting for the NUT to call me with my appointment for my maintenance diet.  I cannot believe the ride that has been this last 4 months!

I had a fun and interesting weekend.
 Sunday, I got together with a girlfriend that I had not seen since I had surgery.  She was worried that she would be able to recognize me but did once she had seen my face.  We hung out for about 3.5 hours at Starbucks.
After that, I went to Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse to look at shoes.

Saturday, I went out to Santa Monica and shortly after I got there, I got a call from Andrew saying he was coming to L.A. to see me.  He was angry at someone for taking his comforter, so rather to get in a fight about it, he jumped into his car and started driving.  So anyway, I had to come back to L.A. , change clothes and tidy up the house.  He called me when he came into L.A. and I have to say that he has a horrible sense of direction.  The man lived in L.A. for 18 years, but he doesn't know which way is west.  He ends up going the opposite direction.  We went to eat, and his cell had rang on three different occasions durning our meal. Eventually, we made it back to my house and I was going to fix us some ****tails.  Well, he was more concerned about me turning on the television to watch the football game. 
He watched the game, talked on the phone a couple of times, we talked a little and had ****tails.  Since he has left I have done a lot of thinking about us having any type of future together.  I cannot live his lifestyle.  He doesn't go into certain neighborhoods or cities.  He doesn't like to travel.  All he wants to do is watch football and basketball on tv.  I would always be second to the game on tv.  I want to be everything to someone and that someone to be everything to me.  Is that asking too much?  I will have to have a talk with him.

That was my weekend.

I feel your emotions here.  I have to stop and look at my hubby and me.  I am a self-entertaining individual and do not rely on Joe for my entertainment.  He loves to hunt and fish and gather fire wood and spend as much time outdoors.  I enjoy it too but not to the exclusion of everything else.  I go with him on occasion and others I shoo him off and send him on his way and I do my thing.   When there is something I want to do and require his presence I tell him about it - (and write it on the calendar and tell him about it many times until it's time to go). 

Watching tv - we don't always want to watch the same thing so he picks a tv and I pick another.  Suggest talking to him about it and see how he responds.  Sending big huggs to you!

Thanks for the cyber love.  I will talk to him, the problem is what will I say to him.  All of the events that I spoke about happened on our first date.
