This game does not use the Wii Balance board.  It is more like an interactive workout DVD than a game.  You have to manually enter your exertion level after preforming the fitness test.  You have to manually enter your stats (weight, etc.) also.  It does have a lot of  ability to customize your workout,  does give feedback , and demonstrates each exercise but it doesn't have any way of actually knowing how well you are doing the exercises themselves.
I am going to do a full review tonight complete with photos.

Because I am lazy and tired of reading (I have been studying all day). Can you tell me if it is better than the Jillian one? I read your review of that one and am glad mine is still sealed.

The Jillian one got two stars on Amazon.com.  I was certainly not the only one that couldn't get it to work properly.   This game is doesn't use the Wii balance board at all but at least it doesn't claim to do something and then not follow through like the Jillian game.  I say if you accept it for what it is (an interactive type dvd), then it is stars and moons above the Jillian one!  The Wii fit itself isn't half bad however if you really want a game that gives you moment by moment feed back I did a review of it too.  I like it very much!  Don't worry the review has tons of photos if you don't want to read it.
