plastic surgery in california

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has done research on plastic surgery (breast lift and reduction and tummy tuck) in california namely ceder sinai hospital or UCLA?  I am looking into getting the surgery done and scheduled some consults but now I found out that some insurences wont cover the surgery unless it is done in the hospital.

My understanding is that insurance doesn't cover it at all, unless extreme health issues
are caused by loose skin.  And even then, hard to get coverage.  Good luck.
