Just looking through my friends list and realized that I haven't seen you post in quite sometime... but I'm not on all the time either so maybe I've missed you.

Sorry.  :O)  I guess the California board is a little different than the regular board.  I didn't get e-mail notifications.. LOL  I'm so technologically challenged...hehehe

Nope, I STILL waiting!!!!!!!  I've got all the tests and everything done, now I'm just waiting for final approval from my stupid medical group that they will fax to my PCP who will then fax to my weight loss surgeon so that I can FINLAY get a surgery date!!!!!!!  I'm at the point that I want to scream!

I was supposed to get approval today from the medical group, but when I called they said they need 3 reports faxed to them from my PCP before they can give me the authorization....so I called my PCP's office, but he girl that handles that is out for the day so I left a message telling her exactly which reports need to be faxed to the medical group asap.  I'll called back tomorrow afternoon to see if she had a chance to do it.  I'm losing heart.

I was hoping to get the surgery done between semesters, but school starts on the 26th so that's not going to be possible.  I'll have to take some time off of class after surgery.  Hopefully no more than a week.  I can't get behind....especially in Math.

Well tell me how you've been???  We moved a few weeks ago too, so I wasn't up on my e-mails...sorry again  ;O)

Well, sounds like you'll have to be patient for a little longer... I know, easier said than done... I was such a stresser at this point, ask anyone here.  I was getting angry, crying etc.  I HATE WAITING, lol  It's such an emotional strain wondering if you will get approved or not!  It will happen when it's time hon.  And your school will work out too, when the time comes talk with your teacher tell them you're having surgery and how can you do it at home.  I'm sure they'd work with you somehow.  :)

I've been so bad at keeping track of everyone here that that is why I posted a thread, emails I'm lousy at!

I'm doing ok.  4 months 69 pounds down and 36 inches!  Its now coming off slower but at least its coming off, lol

WOW 69 pounds in 4 months is GREAT!!!!  It doesn't seem slow to me.  Congrats and keep up the good work, you've come so far!  :O)

I just found out that not only do I still need three more tests, but the last two "die" classes that the medical group first waived, I now need to complete.  But I'll be done with that before I'll be done with getting appointments for those other three tests.........AGR...........  I'm am sooooo frustrated I can scream!  I feel like I'm going to explode!  I don't think my surgery date will ever get here.  :O(
