Monring, Ok I am going to start to play the game. I am down 4 lbs from last week. My sisters and I are having a contest, and my skinny sister lost 3, but I beat her. I even ate some thing I should have not because I don't want to discourage them because I can lose so fast. So count me in every week. Going for as much as I can this week. I want to be back in the 220's before my 60th b-day in less than a month! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH can we say OLD FART!???
Have a great day,
Love, Diane

Good morning Cali crew & Janine
This morning I'm only down 1 pound from last week, but at least it's a down and not up!
My thoughts are with Steve and Michele. I just read the posts from the week and was saddened to hear about the tragedy in Steve's family. Michele, good thoughts out to you for your tests.

Not particularly happy about my weight in this morning. It says I'm up 1.5 pounds and there's honestly no reason why. The only thing different is I am exercising again as of Monday. I've always been a running and have made a few futile attempts since the surgery, but I just knew my body wasn't read for it.
We went out Monday with my little Ironman watch, all ready for my run 1 walk 5 split (for 30 minutes) and my body felt like it was floating. It was awesome and I knew my body was finally ready to being 5K traiing.
But now I gained weight?? I've been hovering just above and just below my 100 pound lost mark for weeks now and it's frustrating. Perhaps when my body adjusts to exercising again it will help.
So today I'm going to go get my exercie done and head over to my father's storage unit. My father passes away three and a half years ago. I may (lots!) to keep his things in storage because "everyone" wants to go through it. Will thousands of dollars later, no one has lifted a finger but me. So I'm going to start the process of going through these boxes and letting go of this things alone. It makes me so sad just writing this, but it is what it is. Any memory "treasures" I find are mine.
Sorry to sound so whiney today folks, just lots going on and I can't talk about it here
Hope you all have a wonderful day California
