OT: Final Update on my Ankle...

Well it is about time! You have been having to nurse that poor ankle for months. I am so glad you are finally back on your feet. I know it has to be such a relief to you. After having 9 broken bones I can totally relate.

Great news KAT!  I am so happy for you.  NOw don't go tripping around like our own Ms. Diane C has been doing!  One of the ladies is going to wrap her in Bubble wrap and I will call Diane and ask her who it is and we can get you wrapped too!  lol  Again I am so happy for you.  Keep safe.

Thank you to everyone that has responded so far. I am so happy that I got the all clear from my doc. I will be sure to be careful from now on and continue drinking enough water and getting enough protein in so that I don't have anymore issues. Love you all! XOXOXO
