Hi ya Patty,

Breakfast: Starbucks Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte with 1 scoop of protein added in
Lunch: Chicken off of a Carl's Chicken Salad
Snack: 100 calorie popcorn pack (eaten right after running 2.5 miles)
Dinner: 2 Rubios Street Tacos (very small mini tortillas filled with meat) and the meat out of a third
Snack: handful of cashews

It is 20 Weigh****cher points....which means about 1000 calories.

I worked out at gym....2.5 miles on treadmill.
