Oh you are so good to me.. I knew I should have called you and asked.. Just was answering Leann..  Thanks for the reminder of which ones were which.. LOL

Mam Yes Mam..  I know what you mean, I know the results of not taking them, and that is why I am so scared of not being able to take them.. I know I have to toughen up, grin and bear it, or suffer the consequences..  I just thought there may be a better way to get them in..

Thanks for always being there for me, and telling me like it is Jan. You are a good friend..

Hugs,
Jenn

Mam Yes Mam.
I hope you saluted! LOL  Sorry, couldn't resist.  I know I'm militant about this stuff with myself.  I don't know how to do it any other way and succeed.  Sorry it rubbed off onto you.  I really do feel you are doing well, especially given where you are in your journey.  There's a lot to learn and do and it can be overwhelming at times.  Holler if you need me.  I'm only a call away.

You're doing great!

Big Hugs,

I just got the orange multi from BA. I love the cinnamon and the cherry calcium chewables. I also just got the lime? flavored chewable iron from them and it tastes good too. I have to hide them from my kids because they think they are yummy too.

Jenn,

Of course as we've talked about each surgeon or doctor has different opinions.  My surgeon said the Centrum chewables were fine along with 2 Tums Ultra per day.  My PCP added the sublingual B12 and I was able to get the Vitamin D 1000 iu as a liquid drop, one drop per day which has no taste or thickness.

I hope that helps.

Hugs,
Barb

I use these for my Multi-Centruim Chewables they are only in orange flavor. I chew them and sometimes i take a small sip of water.. Then I get the taste of like oj. (lol) For calcium I take the Target Brand Calcium pills they are compared to Caltrate. The Target Brand tast soooo much better they come in fruit flavors.

But i take sips of water some times to get all the chewables down.

I hope this helps..
