Good morning Chris and Cali friends,

Not much planned for today.  I may drive for the 1st time since surgery to the store.  Watch a little football and just R&R. I do need to get a walk in too.

Rhonda . . . how your day with The Mouse was GREAT . . . Janine  . . . the babies are just to cute - and the "twins" are adorable too .  . how old are they now if you said the pictures was a couple years old.

As for the dear lady from the church . . . I thought I had a house full with a "lack" of assistance from my son and DIL . . . but OMG she is a SAINT!

I am F~~~R~~~E~~~~E~~~~Z~~~~I~~N~~G what is left of what my A$$ off in Maine. Warmer today, 20 degrees, but yesterday was MINUS 25, as well as the day before. (I admit, I am a candy a$$ Californian!)
All they know how to do here is EAT, so I am having to make myself some "healthy" food and alot less of it, but I will admit, it is hard!!!!
Speaking of eating, it is now dinner time. (Boiled shrimp, 1/2 of baked potato and a wee bit of salad)

Sweeney - are you on vacation or did you move?  Where to?  I used to live in Bangor, Riverside, Howland and Weld . . . back in the 50s/60s . . . I remember cold and HUGE snowbanks!

Hey Chris,
Oh Girl, I was only on vacation! (We were near Portland Maine, in Gray) I went for a wedding, otherwise you would not catch me up there in the winter! After the BELOW FREEZING TEMPS, we got a storm that dumped about 18 inches of snow
I grew up in Northern Michigan, and am NOT fond of the cold! (Would rather have a pen poked in my eye, for fun!)
Got off the plane last night at 8:00pm and it was like a tropical breeze... awwwwww
