Almost a year out and still super tired all the time...

My labs are good and I sleep fairly well... just can't figure out why I'm so exhausted all the time. Anyone run into this before?

I drink at least 64oz of water- so I'm not dehydrated.
My protein is good- I'm getting in over 80 grams a day at least.
It's turning into a vicious circle because I need to exercise more but I'm so tired, I can't get myself moving.
My work hours aren't too draining and my job is pretty easy.
I'm stressed out about money but who isn't?!

I'm trying to trouble shoot this so no suggestion will go unnoticed!

Help! ...and thanks in advance!

Good to see ya stranger.  Seems like physically things are ok but you know sometimes stress and depression can kick your but.  Not saying you are wacko (lol) but maybe the stress is a tad too much or you have a touch of depression.  Give it a look see.  Glad your are doing great otherwise.  Chin up girl

Could you be caught in the exerzise cycle? You aren't expending enough energy so your body isn't making any more?

Definitely have a good hard look at those labs for sure!

I will second what Sue said. Exercise will help with the fatigue and depression and I know it is hard when you are already tired. How is your iron same as before surgery, lower, high normal, low normal? That is a good one to analyze in regard to fatigue.

Have you ever  had a sleep study done for sleep apnea? I ask because before I had surgery, I had sleep apnea, tired tired tired all the time and when I had a sleep study done and found out thats what I had, sleep apnea,, they put me on that cpap machine and let me tell you, my energy was way better!
So smarty pants me, after surgery thinks I dont need it anymore after I lost about 60 pounds or so and little by little my energy went down the pot. Now, it seems I still have sleep apnea but still not back on my cpap machine, pending another sleep study, so Im willing to bet my low energy level is due to lack of real sleep.
