I read somewhere about cheese chips. Does anyone know about these and how to make them.
How about any other healthy snacks. Must be pretty easy ones because I don't cook much.

I LOVE cheese chips. Super easy I preheat oven to 400 degrees. I take a quarter cup of cheese (parmesian, cheddar) and separate the cheese in to little piles on a cookie sheet. I usually put the easy release aluminum foil on the cookie sheet so they don't stick too bad. Then I bake them in the oven. For the parmesian it is only like 6-7 minutes total time in there, i usually take them out when the sides turn orange...for the cheddar it is usually about 12-14 minutes. For the cheddar ones I sometimes add cut up turkey or ham deli slices and that tastes really good too

You can also do it with thin slice pepperoni or salami.  Some bake them but I do it in the microwave between paper towel.  You lose some of the fat which is nice and end up with a nice salty crunchy chip.  I nuke about a min or so.  just keep in mind they with harder as they cool so cook them a bit under where you want them.  I love them with cottage cheese.

I put a 1/2 slice of swiss, 1/2 slice of american and another half slice of swiss in a non-stick pan and cook them like a grilled cheese sandwich.  Sometimes I like them hard, sometimes not. lol
