What Did You Eat Today - WDYET
Happy MLK Day Everyone - I hope everyone takes a moment to refelct on the meaning of the day...
So, what have you all been eating today?
LND: Leftover shrimp toco from BJ's
LNS: a (yes, just one) italian cookie
B: Coffee and protein shake
L: Soy/Flax seed tortilla chips, cheese, 1/2 avocado and salsa
D: ? Something with lots of protein, as my lunch wasn't the greatest
V: yes
W: on track
E: does gardening count?

LND: A few gnocchi with chicken alfredo sauce and some roasted asparagus
LNS: None
B: Whole grain everything bagel with cream cheese
S: Granola bar
L: Sliced turkey and cheddar cheese
S: I have a protein bar with me if I want one
D: Were having some manner of chicken and some roasted zucchini
S: Probably none
Water: Just about on track
Vits: Two more calciums to get in
E: Dunno about today, I walked about a mile and a half on the trip to the office, and we have to pack for our trip tonite.
Doesn't look as bad as I thought it would! LOL
