Steve I do not know if you kept track of last weeks WWW. Chris has offered to step in and keep track of things for last week and she has found a site to keep it all together. If you want to pass the baton with this one it is quite alright. You have a lot going on right now...and we want to keep awesome track of things like you did this past year!

Good Morning Janine and Cali!
Woop-de-Woop! I am down 1.5 pounds! Yippee!!! Finally a downward motion.
I am still having pain in my left foot from walking/jogging... ....but I still keep walking through it. I figured the pain would go away. My friends say maybe the arch isn't high enough in my Nike's for me so maybe I need to go to one of those shoe stores where they measure your foot and all that good stuff to see what I need, any way I am not going to give up!
Plus my Tasha (dog) Loves it!!!
Have a wonderful day!

I just wanted to add my 2-cents about your foot pain. I do agree with Janine that you might need orthotics (spelling?) I do have a couple of additional suggestions. My father ran more marathons than I could count in his life and I've been running on and off for the past 30 years. I only have one marathon under my belt, but I completed it weighing 40 pounds more than I do now and at first I had terrible arch pain while training.
I took a week or so off of my traning at the time to let the pain subside. Then I did two things: 1) An arch exercise 2) bought inserts for my shoes and then cut it in half at the arch. It supported my heel up to the arch of my foot. I've never had trouble since.
The exercise for your arch is simple. Place a towel on the ground and using your toes to grasp it, slowly bunch the towel up, pulling it toward to you. I hope that makes sense, if not let me know and I can possibly send you a link that will give you a visual.
I hope this helps.
I too am up this week and know exactly why. Still thrilled to be where I am and am determined not to be defeated in the goals I have set for myself. I am exhausted as my poor lil one had another night of waking to an itching fit. That poor dermatologist doesn't have a clue what he is going to have to deal with when we bring her in. I want him to fix this immediately if not soon. All drug free.
Everyone enjoy the day and congrats to the posters and losers
Monica
