I am down 1 pound.  I have been up and down this one pound for two weeks now.

Hi pretty lady and cali. I am down 2 pounds since my decision to quit drinking... I am on day 3. My sister says i am crazy for thinking it's just because I quit the alcohol, but I am going to beleive what I want. It's definately a motivator. I am feeling great today and back at 149 pounds. I am focused today and feeling back in control.

I am the same this week.  I need to start my exercise routine again.  I am just running these days and that is only 3 days a week.  I have just been down lately and not wanting to do anything.

Good morning all,

I am down 8 pounds this week to my amazement. I am still in shock about finally having a surgery date. Its only 2 weeks away and I just cant wait !!!!You guys here on the forum have been so AWESOME with all the support and encouragement over the past couple of months.

Hi Rick,

congrats on you upcoming surgery.  You will be amazed how fast time goes by.  I have been reading your posts and I know you have been disappointed at times, but 8 pounds?  Awesome.  Keep up the good work. And I will be happy to slide on down the losers bench to make room for ya.

I am happy to report I am down 8 lbs. this week. I have been waking up every morning at 4:45 tp hit the gym., and although I am so tired in the morning, it is well worth it. Good luck to everyone!!!!

Well I am happy to say I am holding steady. I know I need to up the exercise if I want to reach my goal by the summer..I am going to try and rethink about what I am putting in my mouth..every bit, nible, lick or druel..lol

Good Morning Janine and Cali Crew,

Today the scale finds me with no loss/no gain.  I'm not okay with this as I've increased my workout and lowered my calorie intake.  Oh, well.  Will just keep plugging away, the scale is bound to move sometime.
