Its Whacky Wednesday Weigh In

In my best Nee Nee voice....Nee Nee loves you and looks forward to seeing you on the 7th!!!  

I am the slowest loser I've ever seen!  1 pound this week but it has been 3 months exactly since WLS and I am down just 34 pounds.  I do have PCOS/Extreme Insulin Resistance,  and have just started Metformin XL. Actually restarted..used to be on the regular pills The other pills were just too hard on my pouch.  I am still on diabetes meds too...but BS is well under control..I follow protocol to a T...soooooo we'll see next week at WWW if I can make a change.  I had an appt. scheduled for tomorrow, but I had to reschedule til next month (4 months post op)  All my labs are perfect (PCP panel)..and I excercise..but I am gonna kick it up a notch...see if that helps.

Hope it is not to late.. I am sorry for not responding earlier, but I had to take my son up to Stanford early this morning, and with not sleeping well last night, I got a late start and had NO time to type..
Then got home only to find I had to take our Puppy into the vet, so I was only home for about 15-20 min..  Then I had to go to PetsMart as she is now in her very first heat cycle..  (she hates them by the way) By the time I got home, I fell asleep on the couch, woke up and I just got off the phone with Joy after talking to her for over 4 hours..  WOW  time really got away with me..

So I am down 9.4 lbs..  Wooo Hoooo!!
