Good morning Janine and Cali guys and Gals.

It looks like rain where I am today!  Janine I am so jealous I just love SF  it is one of my favorite places.  You are going to have a wonderful time.  You so deserve a get away.

Lu watch your back darling we don't want you and DD to nurse back to health at the same time!  I miss you and will try to give you a holler tonight, if I don't fall asleep.

I have been so tired lately but I am doing so much.  I get up at 6 and don't sit down till 8 maybe that is it?  lol  well who knows.  Today my husband is off because of the rain so I am going to do nothing and just relax and crochet or something.

Everyone have a wonderful day.

So nicely said Janine, and have a great time in SF.  It is so beautiful there.

As for today, I am doing nothing.  I had a bad sleep last night and am already exhausted.  Just got some cleaning of the house to do, and laundry.  Probably going to make some chicken noodle soup for dinner, it's that kind of day.

As far as everything else, well nothing to report since yesterday.  Hope that everyone has a great week, and Michelle I am so sorry about your friend.  It is very difficult to lose a friend, for me it was life changing, especially because it was my best friend.  We had been together since freshman year in high school and she never made it to 50.  Sometimes I feel bad for every birthday I have that she never experienced.  Take care of yourself, and as for everyone else you do the same.

Love and hugs for today, I am going back to bed.

Thank you Diane, it’s kind of weird how death puts things in our life into perspective. I understand that none of us will get of this a live, but it SUCKS!!! She was such a wonderful person. She will be truly missed. Also, to make matters worse her youngest son’s wife is due in 4 weeks and last night when I was at the Hospice facility she called and has been admitted in the hospital and they are inducing labor this morning. They live in San Francisco.  I tell you this family is going through so much…   Thank again….   Hugs, Michele

Hi Janine and Cali,

Janine, AMEN!  my brother made the mistake of mentioning to a mutual friend who asked me how I lost weight that I took the easy way out.  I wanted to slug him.  But as time went on and he sees how I have changed not just on the outside, but everything about life.  Reading lables on everything. Excercising.  not to mention the complications I have had.  He has changed his tune.  In fact last weekend when I was over at his house, he confided in me that he is considering Lap Band surgery.  LOL  Anyways, I just wanted to say Thanks for your encouraging words.  This is hard work.  But SO worth the final results.  Have a blast in San Fran

Everyone........have a great Thursday
