THE NERVE!

Here's the Reader's Digest Version of a conversation that I had today...

Basically, it was with my ex and he said that he was only "turned on" by women who are an 18 or above (I'm bordering a 16) and that he won't be attracted to me if I got any thinner...

The NERVE! The shear NERVE!

Guess that's why he's my EX, huh?! Freakin Idiot!

People have their preference, this I understand BUT this guy watched me suffer with hip, back and leg pain AND watched me jump thru all the hoops to get this far...seriously, wouldn't you be a little ticked off?!

Your right, there is a reason he is an ex.

And if he cant love you for who you are then he isn't worth your time! Move on. Find someone who truly loves you. This piece of work isn't the man for you. Believe me honey, there is the right man for you out there!

DAMN him for being honest !1 ******* Would it be better if he just resented you behind you back all the time?

I was encouraged, praised and then BAM- you're too thin. Don't lead me on and then say- "OH, you look amazing but sorry- now you're just too thin..." He should have moved on a long time ago. He knew what was going to happen. Why stay around? WHy keep saying, "I love you- not your body and then change your mind?" Whatever...Boys play games...we should throw rocks at them.

I agree... It is no different than when they say they no longer love you because you have put weigh on..... My ex-mother in law said it best when her son deserted my 3 yr old and myself because I was fat! She said "love is NOT measured in pounds". Of course the majority of the world DOES measure us by our weight!

Doesn't it say somewhere in our vows of marriage, for richer or poor, in sickness and in health, I don't remember anything that says I fall out of love because you are too skinny or fat?

Guess that really wasn't love.  Real love is no matter what.  PERIOD!!!!

Sorry you had a jerk, but you were smart enough to make him your EX!
