I am sorry to hear that he is giving you such a hard time. Like the others said, he is scared. I just had this conversation last night and determined this:
"Maybe he stayed because he is insecure about himself and thought, well she may be fat, but she loves me and if I didnt have her, maybe no one else would want me." Turn this around on him, becasue this is his shi* not yours. Maybe a counselor would be able to help him understand your views and HIS!!!!
My husband deserted and divorced myslef and my 3 yr old daughter. I made the judge put the reason in the divorce papers. Of course, when I started losing weight, he wanted me back! A$$hole!! Now when I go back to Michigan and see him, I just grin... hahahahahaha
Hang in there and please have him talk to someone!

He is scared and without help the 2 of you won't make it. You have to ask yourself, Do I want to try to save this marriage and seek counseling or throw in the towel? No one can answer these questions other than you and your husband.

I got home today from the LB coffee and decided to sit and talk to him. So when he got home I told him to sit down and talk. So we talked and after a long talk he said he loves me and just feels that maybe if I loose the weight I might change. And I said yes I am going to change but in a good way that I will be able to do things I cant do now. Like everyday things and being here for my kids and him. So after a very long talk he said he was sorry and that he will suport me on whatever I decide on doing. So now I just have to wait and see what happens after they review my papework and they either approve or deny me. Crossing my fingers.

Belen, I am so glad that you two talked it out today. A lot of things are said out of fear, and today you both were able to put those fears to rest. I wish you luck on your weight loss journey. =)
