Uncovered supportive services

My surgeon didn't have this kind of fee. But I can tell you that I do see a dietitian (who is in private practice) on a somewhat regular basis. I worked with her for a few years before surgery on eating healthier and dealing with a medical situation related to food, so I knew that after surgery that I would want to work with her some more as I trust her and she is helpful.

So, I didn't have to pay $5K to a doctor, but I am paying expenses for my NUT (though I pay her as I go, not in advance, and not $5K.)

So mayve the aftercare services may be something you would want, so I would give it some thought--you might wind up seeking out such services on your own elsewhere, so it could possibly be worth if if you think you will need them.

I would certainly talk to as many of patients in this practice who are already post-op.

Best,

Cindy
