motivation or kick in the butt please

hey everyone.  I am currently 2mos. out and 40lbs down but the past few days I've been feeling tired and down about all of this.  I know I'm struggling to replace my previous stress reliever of eatting with something new.  Has anyone else felt this way.  I'm mad at myself for not feeling excited and motivated, instead I want to eat and go to sleep.

Thanks in advance for any encouragement or advice.

Up your protein and drink more water.  Also make sure you are taking all your vitamins.  A 40 lb loss is great, that was enough modivation for me.  I mean when was the last time you lost 40 lbs.  This is very normal for you to be going through these feelings too.  You just need to change the energy and focus on the good things and forget about the food.  Try to stop thinking about what you are not eating and how good your clothes fit.

Just know that we have all been there where you are right now.  Just hang in there, and trust me each day does get better.

Michelle,

That's a fantastic weight loss, I am so excited and proud of you. 

One thing I have found out in the 2 short weeks so far is that I feel much better when I get some exercise in.  I have been walking and doing my wii fit and right now I can only do 20 minutes, but I feel more uplifted when I am active.  I feel like a lump when I don't do one of these!

That is because exercise raise endorphins and in turn the make you feel good. It is a  win win deal here so get out there and walk, or play. When was the last time you tried to hula hop?
You are doing very well! So, just hang in there.
