motivation or kick in the butt please
hey everyone. I am currently 2mos. out and 40lbs down but the past few days I've been feeling tired and down about all of this. I know I'm struggling to replace my previous stress reliever of eatting with something new. Has anyone else felt this way. I'm mad at myself for not feeling excited and motivated, instead I want to eat and go to sleep.

Up your protein and drink more water. Also make sure you are taking all your vitamins. A 40 lb loss is great, that was enough modivation for me. I mean when was the last time you lost 40 lbs. This is very normal for you to be going through these feelings too. You just need to change the energy and focus on the good things and forget about the food. Try to stop thinking about what you are not eating and how good your clothes fit.

That's a fantastic weight loss, I am so excited and proud of you.
One thing I have found out in the 2 short weeks so far is that I feel much better when I get some exercise in. I have been walking and doing my wii fit and right now I can only do 20 minutes, but I feel more uplifted when I am active. I feel like a lump when I don't do one of these!
