I figure Janine won't be doing this this moring, so, I will get the ball rolling.

Today I am going to paint the bathroom and the hall way with the help of the kid next door. PLus make a quick trip to Wally World for Toilet paper and a few things I need.

I hope the weather cooperates for LB coffee as it looks to be a great crowd.  I too need to make a trip to Walmart but am having a hard time remembering why I want to go there.  Hopefully I can get a list together before we head out.

Goodmorning Joy and Cali Guys and Gals,

How is everything going Joy?  I hope well.  You were up early today!  But I think you always are.  I am not getting to go to the coffee today, too much is going on here.  I wanted to but it is just not going to work out.  I also don't want to be driving around in all this wetness and I will get my garage cleaned out this weekend.  LOL  I stayed up until 1:30 a.m. organizing my cupboards in my kitchen.  I don't know what came over me really.  But they look great!  But from all the lifting and up and down a step ladder I am exausted to tell you the truth.  Well I hope you ladies at the Long Beach Coffee have a great time.  If any one reads this, can you tell Lisa I am sorry I could not make it today?  She was going to bring me a few things and I feel bad I just can't be there.  I hope Janine is having a wonderful time on her weekend get-a-way.  She is going to my favorite place.  I want to go again, but this time without eating everything in site/!  That would be a new experience for me.  lol  Well guys everyone have a special day today.  Do something nice for someone else today and enjoy their joy.

Not much new here. . .I also have to do my Wally World trip for my propell - and dang if I can remember what else . . . looks like we might get a bit more rain . . . we sure didn't get what they hoped for yesterday.  and THEN I'm off to Costco for my "hand out the stuff" duties . . . I set up our office pool for next week's football game . . . and that's about it.

I was going to try and go to LB Coffee with Beccaboo and Carol, but since I just got back from vacation, I think I will rest! (Next time)
I am going to snuggle with a blanket and TRY to finfish my book (the last in the series for Twilight)... Long book, so I might be here for a while!

It's raining here in Fullerton and all I want to do is curl up and watch movies. But LB coffee is calling my name...lol I am so excited to meet everyone, hopefully it will clear up a little. Later this weekend I have to do some homework and some domestic duties..lol I hope everyone has a fun weekend.

Good Morning Joy and California!

Just a flyby.  We've been on the road most of the week.  2 days for the Coast Guard, one to Petaluma for my 6 month checkup (the doctor's pleased but no lift on the calorie restriction lol), and to Fort Bragg for a CG flotilla meeting.  I hope everyone's having a great week.  We're off again for points north today.

Oh! and I bought a pink hat yesterday!  My hair can all fall out now because I love my hat. LOL  I told DH I may not take it off, even when I sleep (I did though).

Jan, how funny cause I bought a red hat today, cause my is falling out, (not as bad as it was )but it is still bad enough to me!

Today's a busy one for me.  I have to go to Costco for dog food, down to Cottonwood for 2 pair of pants (they're on close-out sale at 70% off so I had them hold 2 pair of 9/10's for me) and I just know there's a couple of other things I have to do but I forgot before I could write them down!  Oh, yeah Office Max for a new 2009 wall calendar for my door.  It's 24 x 36 and I tape it to the garage door.  I then write everything on it in colored sharpee.  Red for birthdays, Green for Jayden Days, Blue for vacations and black for other important stuff.  Pink for my stuff and Orange for Joe stuff.  It works!  Everything important is on this thing and if it ain't on the master calendar, it ain't happening!

Off to shower.  My kid is showing up today with is broken truck.  He and a couple of friends are towing it up so I will meet them over at the mechanics and then feed them and send 'em on their way.

Fork over them red pants.  I know they are hang down around your ankles if you are a 9/10!  I don't understand what I did to make you hold my pants hostage!  Great Calendar ide I like that.  You go and have fun at Costco I went last night and blew my entire wad, but I got something I have been wanting for a long time, and it was not MY RED PANTS!  lol.
