OFF TOPIC: Need lawyer in San Jose or Sunnyvale area

Hi everybody!
I need a lawyer in one of those areas -- while I was taking care of myself with obesity surgery, my step-sister committed fraud by representing herself as my dad's daughter.  Then he died and two years later she finally shows me a completely phony will saying she is the beneficiary of everything.  My dad had Alzheimers really bad for years -- with documentation -- and this will says 'being of sound mind'.  HUH????????????
According to the will, I'm not even 2nd in line -- from the step-sister things would go to my cousin (my dad thought she was a REAL con-artist) -- then me!
I'm outraged.  There was money and property and now she is delighting throwing me a bone with things like 'Do you want these newspaper articles about DAD?"  I don't see her coughing up any money and property.  She has put herself in my place in his life.
She was an adult and married when my dad married her Mom (she died in '81).
I'm living on social security so not flush with money.  But desperately need a lawyer to help me.
Anybody have some suggestions or recommendations?
Thanks soo much!

I used this guy for my will: http://www.alamedalawgroup.com/CM/AttorneyBios/Gerald******* s.asp

Can't really say more about him though -- but it sounds like you have a case.  Give him a call.  Tell him I referred you.

First question, Do you have a copy of the real will? Was there a lawyer involved in the writing of that will? Was your step- sisters "will" notarize or written with the help of a lawyer? These are questions that you will be asked. Are you your fathers only child or do you have full brothers and sisters that should be a part of this?
Are you still in AZ? If you live in AZ you can get a lawyer there to help you with this and I am sure there is legal aid there. Check your yellow pages. Sometime you can call and ask questions with no charge . And you may also be able to find a lawyer in AZ that will take the case and you only pay if he / she wins. If you are in Prescott I could call my BFF and ask her the name of their lawyer. PM me if you are interested.
