ACK..................Postponed again

Will this roller coaster ever keep going dwn hill LOL...... I just got a call from the doctors office and they postponed my surgery AGAIN to Feb 6th. Just 2 days but still a pain.

Rick, I have one question...is your luck always this bad? If your answer is yes, Please stay out of the casinos.LOL
Man, I am so sorry, I know this has to be frustrating as hell for you. But there must be a reason. And I hope it isn't cause your surgeon is out playing golf or whatever.
Hang in there it is just a few more days and then we can call you a big loser. Oh, and if you think this ride is wild!! You better hang on to your hat cause you ain't seen nothin' yet!!

I am being told it is because of the availabilty of the second surgeon. I am being told because of my size that there needs to be a second surgeon assisting............Go figure

FYI, it is fairly standard practice in hospitals to require a second surgeon.  While it may be safer due to your size, it's not a unique situation.

At the time of surgery, I weighed 198 pounds and Chapman required the second surgeon.

I believe that things like this happen exactly when they are supposed too and you will be all the better for having endured this part of your journey.  Stay positive.

Now that you said that I had two surgeons for mine. Dont even know the name of the second one. Probably something that would be good to know.  Can you ask who it is if you talk to them on Monday? Just curious.  I have my 9 month followup Tuesday afternoon.  Did you ask to get on the cancellation list?
Still suffering NASCAR withdrawal. The 24 hours of Rolex just isnt cutting the need for speed.

AMEN to NASCAR withdrawals!!!  Did I ever tell you I got to see the speedway before it even opened in Fontana and I got to walk on the track, they wouldn't let Dougie drive on it.  My dream is to do 3 laps around, I would prefer to be driving around, but if not, I will sit in the passenger seat with a gianormous grin on my face.  Can February take any longer getting here???
