Thanks Barb!  I am going to try to start going to the support group at John Muir....I really miss going and I want to get a grip on my weight gain before I let it get out of control again....you guys inspired me to get my act together!  Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Sorry I couldn't make it. Mr. Mac's train club was meeting so I had to stay home with the kiddies.

Thanks Barb!  You guys are awesome and since my photos are just about the same (minus me!) I won't bother posting them this time.  The great thing about getting together is that it does help us to keep ourselves accountable and get motivated to keep doing what we need to do.
