Lots of good thoughts are being sent to you!  I know how terrible this can be.

I do want you to now that pot roast is one thing that still to this day does not agree with me. I'm a huge beef fan and so far pot roast is the only thing that gives me such fits.

Fingers crossed that this was still a fluke. If not I hope it gets fixed quickly!

unfortunately I don't think it's a fluke.  I can tell it's closing again.  Even pudding isn't going down as easy as it did a week ago.   Thanks for encouraging words tho.  It will get fixed eventially.  I have no doubt.  Just frustrating!

Well dang!  Am I going to have to come down there and have a talk with your stricture area!?  I swear, I'll scare it into acting right..    I'll be thinking relaxing, enlarging thoughts for you.  Maybe it's time to find a different doctor to look at it?

Actually this is all pretty normal for strictures.  Everything I have been reading states the same thing.  That it could take quite a few times of stretching before it cooperates. I sound positive today, because I did all my crying last night ...

BTW....I love your new Avatar.  You look great

Well poopy!!!  I hope that this will be the last time you have this problem.  I guess we all have our problems no matter if its WLS or other surgeries.  Do take care of yourself and it was so good to FINALLY meet you.

It was so nice to finally meet you too, next time....we will have to actually chat more  it's hard when there are so many people, I am just happy you were able to come.  I know you have had your fair share of surgeries too.  You look fantastic tho.  How is the shoulder?

I need to get to more of these coffees.  Dougie really had a good time, if you didn't know, the gray haired man on the bench was him.  Thank you, I think I am so fat still, I get so frustrated, but it is a head thing and I have to learn to be happy with the way I am.  As for my shoulder, hopefully only one more.  We are working on getting the bones stronger so they can hold the anchors they place in there.  It will be an open shoulder surgery this time, so besides all the lap surgeries I have had, I have an 18 hole course on my body, I will now have a sand trap!

You are SO not fat.  You are beautiful.  I am so sorry to hear about your shoulder struggles.  You never know what life will throw at you huh?  Take care.  I saw your hubby sitting there.  He had the happiest smile.  What a trooper joining a bunch of crazy women at coffee.
