Good Morning Calif......

Welcome to Twisted Tuesday. Its going to be a cool one, so make sure you dress warm.

I was walking on the treadmill last night when for some reason my knee locked up on me and down I went. Thank gosh I use the safety peg and when I fell, it pulled the peg out and it stopped the machine. I was saying some very colorfully stuff so both dogs ran outside and KC (my cat) came over to help. No worries, I put ice on it for a few hours last night, and this morning it seems good. I think its funny that the dogs took off and the cat came over to help. Rin tin tin or Lassie they are not. When they did come in and found me laying down, they where very happy to see me, as if I had been gone for days. LOL Dorks!!!

So what do you have planned for the day? Me, I am off to work today. Thank you go****s only 8 hours. I want to go over and see Aunt Mo. She gets to come home today and is very happy about that. Me too. Her friend from Hawaii is coming over for a few days to help her out. DD and I will go over after work, and spend some time with her. Kevin’s mom is going to go and stay with her for a few days to help her out until her friend gets here. It will be good for her to be home. I know she will start feeling better for sure.

OK time for COFFEE! Last night DD’s son spent the night so he will be here with her today, so I have to be quiet. I am not use to having someone sleeping n the sofa bed, so its hard for me to move around with out making much racket

Morning LL and Cali . . . it's cool here today too . . . I already have my vitamins and protein in . . . and I'm working on clearing my  bathroom sink . . . always fun in the morning . . . busy week at work . ..  tomorrow is our annual fire drill . .. and I'm the floor warden . .  (I get all the fun (?) jobs?)  Most the people stay out of the office if they can - which is good for me and my team getting everyone out in 2 minutes . .. BUT not really good since these are the people who would screw up in a real situation . . . it's kind of a catch 22 thing.  I've got 2 REALLY prego kids on the floor too . . . and asking 2 people to be their assistants is tough too . . . because everyone's first reaction is "no I'm outta here" . . . ughhhh . . . can't blame them I guess . . . but I got 2 guys for each one.  I'm rambling . . . but that is the story . . .

Annual fire drill? You only do it once a year? gosh we do it once a month, weather we like it or not. Which is NOT!  Our "guest" don't like the loud noise and they mostly do NOT want to stand around waiting, they want hot dog incase its a real fire. LOL.

Have fun tomorrow. Its good that you was able to get a couple of guys to help the prego girls. I hope their meat balls are ok. Remind them this is only a drill no reason to get upset.

Never worry about rambling. Its alwasy welcome.

You know . ..  you would THINK they would do more in high rises ... good grief . . . 29 floors down is NOT fun (we're only doing 3 this year) . . . the entire building is 34 floors . . . but . ..  this is the CA state law, and it is what we do . . . God help anyone in a real fire!

Good Morning Luana and Cali,

Just a quick note.  Have been up with my itching child since 3am.  Grandmother took over at 4:45 so I could try to get a few more minutes sleep.  The child is smiling and still awake and we both look like... well you get the idea.  Problem being only 1 of us has to leave the house now.  Plus my co-teacher won't be in today.

Jordyn has really bad rashes, and will have itching fits where I can't get her to stop scratching or rather clawing at herself and pulling out her hair.  She will finally see a dermatologist tomorrow.  She take 2 liquid medicines and has a perscribed ointment currently.

Good Morning Lu and Calif Guys and Gals!

I got up at 5;00 to do this for Janine but my computer was down.  So thanks so much LU for gett'n it done!  Why is everyone falling lately Diane did he same thing a week or so ago and she was walking in the street!  Mo has all the bubble wrap and she better get down here with a truck of it for everyone in Southern Calif!  lol.  Well lets see what do I have to do today.  Kids, School, cleaning same old thing.  My husband is tiling our laundry room and my bathroom.  I am so out of sorts as I practically live in the laundry room and run the machines all day. And don't even talk about my bathroom.  So I was told I get both these rooms back tomorrow after they are grouted and sealed.   That is a good thing.  I am also going to work on my garage some more, go to the good will, the pharmacy, Costco, take the kids to school, drop off some stuff at a freinds house and then that is about it.  Slow day really!  lol.  That is all for now.  Everyone do something nice for you today.

Yes he is and no he isnt'.  He went to work and all was well then the rain came and you can't run those machines in the rain just too dangerous and it makes a mess.  So he is waiting for a call back right now.  We are thinking Thursday will be dry enough.  Thanks for thinkin of us.
