I keep seeing Muscle Milk around ... but because of the name I just waltz by but I will have to see if it is lactose free.  Thank you Madame!

Aloha Need- I heard they carry my favorite protein RTD--- - EAS Myoplex Carb Control in chocolate fudge flavor. It's got  25 g protein and only 3 g carbs. I hate going to Costco, I buy my drinks online with free shipping for a good price- $7.99 per 4 pack. The amount of lactose in them is "negligable" per the nutritional info. They also carry edamame (frozen but already cooked) so you can simply thaw them and pop them into your mouth when you are on solids. I suspect eggs are cheap there- deviled eggs are one of my favorites though I can only eat half at a time! XOLori

I almost lived on eggs the first couple months, for one thing they are free....we have chickens And you can do so much with them. Right now my fav is cheese eggs and green salsa. Think I will go have some now.

In the fruit section are bags of Yoplait Triple Berry Smoothies.  It starts with 2 G of protein then you add milk.  I do suggest you share though.  Its not something for everyday, but when I want a treat, it is healthy enough to be good, quick and easy to make, and goes down very easy.  Oh rest of nutrition facts are for the premix: Calories 70, Fat 1.5g, Sodium 20mg, Carbs 14g (2g are dietary fiber)

That sounds good, I only want a treat 1 time a month, TOM, I wonder if that would work with Soy or Lactose Free Milk?
