OT: I Need An Attorney

My brother was seriously injured when he wa**** by a car.  A  90 year old man hit him in a cross walk and instead of stepping on the brake, stepped on the gas.  My brother was in intensive care on a ventilator for 2 weeks.  His injuries are serious.  Can anyone recommend a good aggressive pit bull of an attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area that works on a contingency.  I live on the peninsula and the accident happened in Vallejo.  Thank you so much.

There is a lady that writes on the boards that is an attorney, Diana Cox. I would look here up or maybe drop her a PM, she is quite aggressive, in a good attorney way.

I second what Julie just said, plus want to mention that Diana Cox is in San Jose.  She knows the lay of the land for SF and I'm sure she will give you an excellent recommendation.

I'm a biotech patent attorney, working in-house at a biotech company.  So I don't do trial work, or even the kind of law that most people think of as what attorneys do.  I'm a molecular biologist who went over to The Dark Side, in more ways than one.
