Dang Stricture!!!!!!!!

Well she's back in full force!  the stricture I mean......    I saw my GI doc this morning.  His scheduler was out of the office today.  I have to call back on Monday to schedule my THIRD endoscopy w/ dilation.  He wants to do it within the next week or two.  He said this time he will inject the site with steroids too with the hope that it will keep my body from producing more scar tissue.  This time my pouch is really painful  

oh well. Hopefully this will be the last time.  But for the next couple of days, I am on liquids with the hope "she" will calm down.

Oh LInda, I am so sorry to hear what you have gone through....I hope the  third time will be a charm...  You'll be in my prayers.  Keep us posted to when you schedule your endoscopy!!!

Dang girl!! I am so sorry. The lady that lives next door to me had this happen to her, twice actually once was about 20 years ago and the last time was last summer. They sent her to S.F. and the Dr. there not only did the dilation but he also used botox so that it wouldn't do it again. She had to have it dilated 4 times in a week and the whole time she was in the hospital. Oh and she is 81 years old. I hope and prayer and will shake a chicken or 2 that this time will be that last time!
