Good morning,

Not much planned for today....going to my grandson's basketball game and going by the hospital to see my granddaughter. My daughter is a single mom and she is going crazy staying at the hospital. I took the day off yesterday and spent the whole day there to give her a break, but you're right....I am going to give her some encouragement today. Also, if I get some time for myself I am going to try to get a walk in today...
