Back to the grind this morning!  Wow, did you watch the game?  What an exciting one down to the end!  I really didn't have a favorite, but I loved doing my "happy football" dance in front of the guys voting for the Cardinals just to make 'em feel a bit nervous!!!

Good Morning Calif........

Last night, my nephew and I got my Wii all hooked up and then we played golf. I kicked but. Tyler thinks its because I am the one that paid for the Wii. LOL. He such a dork. But we had a great time. Then we hooked up Wii Fit and it tried to kill us both. OMG. I think the ice tea had bit of booze in it. OMG! I looked like a drunk. It does this little test to see how your balance is. I suck!! But when it comes up with your Wii age. It told me that I was 47 only 3 years older. When it done Tylers, it told him he was 41, 13 years older. OMG! I guess he needs it more then me. We where laughing so hard, I had tears rolling done my face. This morning my side hurts like you would not believe. I am sure its from a bit of both, the yoga and the laughing.

Rhonda, how is the foot. I would have called you back, but we where getting a bit busy, and a few of our "new friends" where hitting the booze hard, and NOT very happy about missing the end of the game.

OK time to jump in the shower and see if I can wake the house up. HEY! I am up they should be also....

Morning Jeni and Cali ... and it's back to work ... OMG it felt good to have an entire weekend off .. . I guess that is what they are supposed to be for rather than working another job!  I got my taxes filed, won money at the casino which I managed to spend on the rest of the weekend . . . was the winner of a super bowl pool for 2-1/2 minutes . . . until that last score . . . and now its back to normal (well I'm NEVER normal!)

Good Morning Jeni and Cali,

Had a great day yesterday.  Myh lil one took a nice nap and mom was able to get in some good tredmill time.  I am not a great walking due to having two different length legs.  Generally I can do 2.5.  But when I watch the biggest loser they are always talking about who is not willing to challenge themselves, so yesterday I did 2.8.  I did try 3.0 for seconds but I was stomping the tredmill and since im still over it's weight limit I don't want to break the thing.

The Game was awesome.  I have been a Steeler fan since jr. high, but I would not have been disappointed to see Curt Warner get them their first bowl win.

Hey Jeni....you ROCK girl!!! I love that you feel comfortable to make the morning posts! I have been such a schlub about things and when sleep is upon me....how can I not sleep if you know what I mean?

I had a great weekend myself, friend! Had a great dinner party to go to Saturday night with some sort of new friends and a friend that I have been friends with for a long time...the gal who was responsible for me having wls. It was so cool to have an old style dinner party with place settings and name tags for where you sit....I told my friend Barb this is old world style entertaining and I was not referring to her age....just that this is they way it was done when I was growing up and my mother was a stickler for details and proper stuff!

The only bad thing is that when I walked into her house I forgot about the landing and wretched my low back trying to catch myself so I would not fall as I fell in SF and hurt my shoulder which I have not even had the time to go to the doctors over that one...so I guess I am going to find the time today to call my pcp....I am a very hurting woman and when it kills me to lift my grandchildren that is bad!

Yesterday I spent a good part of the day working on the yearbook, but got a break because I got the call to watch Ava...you think I would pass that one up? Oh hell NO. So Ava and I went to Costco and she proceeded to snack all over Costco and did her dramatic princess wave to everyone and anyone.....she can make the grumpiest old person smile!

Then we went over to Hunter's house and watched the Super Bowl...well I was trying to work on the yearbook too, but my grandchildren were more interested in sitting in Nee Nee's lap and watc!h Mickey Mouse and Hello Kitty videos on uTube! What's a gramma to do right?

I am up this morning and hoping for an optimistic day at school. My students have been squirrely for sure and I have another observation on Wednesday...YUCK!!! After school, there is a rally at the district office as our union is in now mediation for our contract. I am somewhat fearful that we are going to strike and if they do sign a contract, people like who cannot change insurances because of pre existings are going to be super screwed. I am going to be paying nearly one quarter of my check to benefits for Jeff and me. So you bet....I am down there for the rally in the required black...with Hunter in black after school. Last time I was at a rally, I was interviewed at length by the news out here. I am hoping that Hunter will get me interviewed again because I am worried and he is a future student of our district!!!

Well now that I blabbered my mouth off....I miss you guys and sure will get back on my shout outs.....I am way behind on reading...but know that I care about each and everyone of you!!!!

Steve if you by any chance read this....know you are in my heart and I send a lot of love to you!

Goodmorning Cali Guys and Gals!

 Today is Monday and I think it is going to beautiful today.  I am just worried about being chewed out by two of my dear frinds.  I was supposed to get an exray of my foot yesterday and I was having too much fun working in the yard and I did not go.  Then I went to Costco and then I spent a few hours on Freecycle getting rid of more "Stuff".  I did drive by the hospital before Costco and it was packed.  I think we passed 5 or 6 ambulances with full sirens going on the way and the way from Costco and I could not see sitting for hours in ER.  So sometime today  I am going to call my doctor and get him to write a prescription for an Exray and then go later today when I can get someone to watch the kids.  I need to go but I wa having such a great time working in the yard.  I know this sounds odd but I enjoy cleaning up the yard.  We live on an acre of land and the wind blew all kinds of trash in and it was looking icky I just could not stand it.  So that is that.  I confessed, girls forgive me.  Steve, I don't know if you are reading the posts, but please know that you and D are in my thoughts and my prayers.  I miss you both also.  I can't wait to give you a giant big hug too!  Lu no worries, I just called ya to bug ya and see how you were doing with Superbowl reject people.  Take care everyone and do something for you today.  I am going to get my foot checked.

i have a bit of running around to do today got to pay some bills.. we're having left overs tonight so i don't have to cook woohoo... but i do have a lot of cleaning to do you know from the weekend...but that's it for me today i hope everyone has a great day and take those vitamins.... i know i need too ....

Good morning California.........yes I've actually been up for an hour.  I'm all dressed, packed and ready for my first class this morning which is Microbiology Lab...........I'm so nervous about this class.  I'm drinking a protein shake and my coffee to make sure my physical needs are met. Oh yeah, vitamins too already.  Leaving in about fifteen minutes.  Then I have Micro Lecture tonight.  I've already reviewed the info for tonight's lecture and this is some difficult stuff!  (this is where the little engine on the train in my head says "I think I can, I think I can")

I hope everyone has a great Monda........one day closer to Friday!
