Just wanted to let you know that I went to the Memorial Service my family had for my Gram and Pop. They actually did such a good job at putting together a very nice little service.. It was such a rough day for me.. On the drive up through the mountain, on the way to their house, I just lost it. I balled knowing that when I got to the house, they would not be there..

Any who, there is a lot more to tell, but I just don't have the time right now..

I will give a full update when I get home, but for now, just wanted you to know that I am still alive and am hanging in there..

I miss reading your posts, and chatting with you guys...

I am glad the Memorial Service was nice!
I feel your pain in the knowledge that your grandparents wouldn't be there when you arrived. I still miss the smell of my grandpa's old spice when I go to their house.

Yes, and I just learned they are selling the land and house.. I just can't imagine someone else living there.. It is a three piece property.. My aunt lives on one side, my Gram and Pop were in the middle, and my other aunt is on the other side.. Just won't be the same..

Walking into the house after arriving, WOW how different it was..
