Lisa,

You are absolutely correct.  I forget that I'm not 25 anymore and do have to "listen" to my body.  I think I will stick to the walking and forget the boxing for a while. Baby steps.

Thanks so much for your kind words of wisdom, it's definitely a lesson learned for me.

Hugs,
Barb

Hey sweetie.. Just wanted to say please be carefull.. I know that it seems like we are feeling like we can do anything and everything, but we are still recovering.. Please don't over do it..  Take it easy, and listen to your Dr.

You are doing so good, I wish that I was as good about getting my protein and water in, but I have struggled with that from the get go...

I do have to say that I have been doing better, but still have a lot of work ahead of me..

Take Care, and call if you need to talk..

Hugs,
Jenn

Barb - ok you are like 3 weeks out, doing 35 minutes on the Wii then getting up with a hurt back to make breakfast the next day with a shot of Lortab?????  Shoot girl, you are lucky you didn't explode or something even more dramatic!  You are kicking butt, my recently ensconsed on the Loser's bench friend, but you have got to go a little easier on yourself!

Cathy,

Yep, I wasn't thinking to clear on that one.  My PCP had me laughing yesterday and said, well at least you didn't hurt your back having sex, that might have put a damper on things!  LOL

I am a work in progress and promise to stick to walking for now.

Hugs,
Barb

Lola,

Hi there.  Yes, home today but can move around now that the Doc has given me something to stop the spasms.

I'm keeping my feet on the ground and will stick to walking for a while.

Hugs,
Barb
