If your craving apple juice, Alpine SF spiced cider is really good, it comes in packets you just add water and 15 calories 4 carbs. Theres also Fuze, slenderize collection. Tropicana light (in cans) makes orange, lemon, berry flavors. There is also a new "powerade zero"  (looks like gatorade) and then there is always crystal lights.

Hey, I dont know if the forum posted my responce to your juice question so i thought i'd just send you a msg

1. Alpine SF (sugar free) spiced cider
http://www.continentalmills.com/brands/alpine/spiced_cider_m ixes/sugar_free_spiced_cider_mix/
(can be found in grocery stores i've seen it at smart foods, and raley's)

2. Fuze: Slenderize collection (the others like revitalize have way too many calories) They come in the flavors of Strawberry mellon, tangerine grapefruit, tropical punch, cranberry raspberry, blueberry raspberry, dragonfruit lime, and pomegranate acai berry. http://www.fuzebev.com/ (most gas stations carry them, walmart, smart foods almost everyone is carrying the fuzes now they are stored on shelf and in the little fridges)

3.Powerade Zero. 32 oz w/0 Cals 0 Sugars. (like a gatorade drink) strawberry, mixed berry, and grape flavors
http://products.peapod.com/6996.html  I only saw this last week at Kmart, i havent looked anywhere else.

4. Sobe Life Water. it comes it a variety of flavors. (one thing about this one is its 2 servings of carbs in one bottle) but if you were to drink it as a "treat" or every now n then it shouldnt hurt anything. (gas station is where i got this one, i also seen target has it)

5. Tropicana Light. flavors are berry, orageade, lemondade. (youll find them in soda isle) they have no carbonation and only 5 calories per can i think. I cant find a picture online but they come in a small box of 12  (most grocery stores)

6. Theres always crystal light. or wrylers light (walgreens brand)

My nut recommends that we have no juice! Period. So, that is what I stick with.

Yeah they say no juice.  I think that for newbies....stay away from it as much as possible.... Today, I have juice but like twice a month (6-8 oz).

Sorry, I wish I could help. The closet thing that reminds me of juice is Crystal Light Sunrise Orange, other than that I stay away from it. It has too many sugars!

Walmart sells an Apple flavored drink, like a Crystal light that's pretty good.

It takes an average of 8 oranges to make one cup juice, can you imagine eating that many? Just thing how many apples you'd have to eat?

I was told no juice and it's something I stick too.

I can have juice. My doctor told me juice is ok as long as its 100% juice. I don't drink it too often but it is a nice alternative to water. Any brand of 100% apple juice will work.

The only thing in the list of juices that doesn't make me sick is ocean spray light (and i'm talking almost five years post op). Post op (within the first year) i lived off TINY sips of watermelon and carrot juice. But small amounts, overdoing it will send you into dumping.
