Hi there,

I think that sounds right, you might want to increase the Calcium. Women always need more calcium. Just make sure they are the chewable ones. I buy my vitamins from Bariatric Advantage. I love the chocolate calcium..yummm.

Sounds right to me, that is what my doctor ordered.  Also if you find a calicum pill that has 1200 mg let me know.  I take 8 pills a day to get all mine in.  Also if you happened to be on blood thinner medication, do not take K.

Also if that is what your doctor said to take, then do it.  He is much smarter than us on here.  Always follow what his protocol is, every doctor is different.

Good luck, Diane

I get most of my vitamins from Bariatric Advantage also with the exception of my calcium.  I love my Sugar Free Kirkland chews.  Feels like I'm having a treat.  They do have Vit K though, so as Diane said, no K if you're on blood thinners.

I'm so excited you've got a date for your surgery.  Please keep us all posted.
