What does your head want???

 I Want a SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR a PANCAKE!! Yes, this is what they call head hunger, I guess, but it is my mouth that wants it really bad!!

So what does your head want??

You can still have pancakes... only low carb! Use the almond flour to make them! You can find recipes online. Also, there is GREAT sugar free syrups out there!

My head usually wants iced java and lots of it!

ICE CREAM...DARK CHOCOLATE...GOOD STRONG COFFEE

Well, it wanted Madras Deviled eggs but then I had some and now it's sleeping them off.

I have promised myself not to eat a pancake until I reach goal and even then...it will be without syrup (I don't like the stuff) and as far as chocolate I have had a couple (one each time)  dark chocolate dove pieces.
 I always drink nothing but good strong coffee 1-2 cups a day. If it isn't good I would rather go without.

But it  is nice to know what others like! or what there heads are asking for.

Believe it or not, I want a SALAD.  I am getting tired of soft/pureed foods.  But I have a month and a week more to go, so tough tarts for me!  LOL

Omgosh I would love a nice big Turkey and avocado sandwich!! YUM!!! I have to admit I did have some pancakes on Tuesday, I went for my free Grand Slam! Of course I didn't eat much, and they had sugar free syrup, which was really nice.

A big fat carnitas burrito sounds good too! mmmmm

I want a hot fudge sundae with oreos, double stuffed.  That's it, but I won't have it because I would be in the bathroom the rest of the night.

My head is just a sick  fat head!

Nicole??? You went to Denny's???? for shame for shame!! yuck! Yuck! Yuck! Sorry but I just had to get that out. The Denny's we have up here is just so bad there are no words to decribe it!! LOL
Now the one in Nogales AZ had the best Omelet I have ever had!...Go figure huh?

Diane, you are talking to an EX Ice Cream Junky!!! Like you wouldn't believe! I can't even go there...Although I have thought of having a tablespoon on my birthday the end of this month. Hell, ya only turn 39 ????How many time???? LOL Yeah, in my dreams!!

Okay well we will be sure NOT to go to your Denny's! lol
The one here in Tracy is great! All though their egg's upset my pouch, so I don't eat them, but the sausage is YUMMY! And Miss Pouchy loves it! Actually my MIL took us all out to breakfast this morning, and I ordered a side of sausage (4 pieces), and the side apple's with cinnamon....ohhhh was it all so good! And I ate it all!!!

P.S. We are coming, I just haven't gotten around to actually calling to RSVP. Go figure I have time to get on the computer but not call! I'm such a brat. lol
