I cannot believe it has almost been a year! I am truly blessed and thankful everyday for the my health. I can walk, run, and play as much as I want! I can even do an hour on the treadmill, and I hated the treadmill, now love it!

For all that are about to have your surgery, get ready for the WILDEST RIDE OF YOUR LIFE....

Thank Rhonda, even if I do not loose another lb, I am happy and a success, but still want to lose another 40 lbs, and I know I can do this, so yes, this next year will be successful too.
