thanks for all the birthday wishes for me yesterday.. my family got together yesterday and we had a good time.. i had fun cooking for everyone too i really miss it...anyway it's family day at home today we play a game with my daughter and watch a movie.. i have tons of dishes to do today not thrilled about that .. but that's it for me today i hope everyone has a great day and take those vitamins

I am off today too, we have 2 three day weekends in a row off.  Man, that's so hard to take LOL

I am off to Costco today but that's about it for me.  Right now it can't decide if it's going to be rainy or sunny.  We sure do need the rain though, so I'm ok with that.

Goodmorning Janine and Cali Guys and Gals,

I hope this chili morning goes away and we get some warmth up here in the desert.  I am so sore today.  Yesterday I vacumed all my floors and scrubbed them clean, did all the base boards and all the chair rails and I think I am going to die today.  FLoors look great but the pain.   It also did not help that I RAN, yes you heard me right RAN two laps around our track in our back back.  It was a blast.  My husband was shocked, I was actually shocked.  I hear the rain is coming back today and then the flooded streets will be following that I am sure.  Well today is laundry and then some more laundry and a few calls.  Well that is all for me ladies and gents,  Be nice to yourself today, and remember everything we ever needed to learn we learned in kindergarten,

Good Morning All!  The bald barbarian and I had an absolutely amazing weekend!  We spent it out in the fresh air and together.  What more can a girl ask for?  Saturday we went out to the ranch and I sat on a hillside and watched the guys build a tree stand (ok, so they called it a tree stand, but I, for one, will call it as it is  -- it's a flippin tree fort!)  How cool is that?  Comfy bench, ladder up there, camo netting all around and hooks for our bows.  Only thing missing is a roof.  That will be added this week because yesterday we were out there sitting very quietly in our tree stand (fort) and were waiting for the piggies to come in.  It started raining hard so we retreated to under the stand for a while.  No piggies but on our way out we stumbled on a herd and lets just say we now have some work ahead of us butchering and packaging. 

Today brings me........work.  Lots of work.  My "cell-mate" is on vacation for 2 weeks.  I'm doing my stuff and her stuff.  Ugh.

It sure feels like a Monday to me.

My day will be with a Dr apppointment , a few calls to make and more house cleaning.
I kicked butt on my treadmill today. I had to promise myself to get back on that thing and just do it. I got off track there for a few minutes.
To those of you that tpye at the speed of light. I am not sure I can talk that fast...well, that isn't true! My fingers just can't keep up with my thoughts.
It is a ugly gray day here, I wi**** would snow or rain or just do something!!

Happy Monday Everyone,

Friday was my birthday!  I am LEGAL!!!!!!!!! .  Try to card me now , LOL.

I had a great weekend.  Friday, doctor's appt., hung out with friends at the LYS (local yarn shop). Saturday, hung out with some more friends.  Janine -hopefully  we get to see your mural in person really soon . Darn rain! . Dinner at Cheesecake Factory with family and friends.  ****tails at my cousin's house.  Sunday, still hung out with family, and in the afternoon had brunch with my friend Laura at the Griddle Cafe.

I hope everyone had just as great of a weekend as I did.
