Protein Drinks vs. Protein Powders
There are allot of them out there, and your taste buds are going to change after surgery, I am told. I have been using a product call Isopure. it comes in both Liquid, and powder. it is a very pure form of whey protein, about 40 grams a serving. You can also contact Vitalady on this site. she has her own company and can make recommendations.
But Remember do not buy allot at first because you may not want it after surgery.

Many of the places on the website have protein powders or ready made protein drinks. You can purchase samples from them. I reccommend that you start with that. Remember that your taste buds will change after surgery. The only thing with protein drinks that are made already are more costly than the powders. I hope this helps you out. If you have more questions feel free to PM me or post on the board to ask others. Good luck with your surgery and weight loss journey.
Personally right now I really don't care for the powder protein, but like I said it might change after I have surgery.

That is why I can probably drink it, I have no sense of smell. But then their are some folks that would argue that I just don't have sense. Last one I will recommend is World Wide Protein Shake, I got it at Trader Joe's, it has 35 grams a can, and comes in chocolate & vanilla.
I am a pre-op and in a few weeks I probably won't like any of them
