What can I expect with this?  I have been hoping it would go away as I lost, but so far not much change, even though I have lost elsewhere.  What has been some of your experience with this.  Does go away as you continue to lose does it pretty much require surgery to get rid of?  I was hoping weight loss and toning would do the trick.  Any input?

I have been lifting weights and mine is still there.  Most probably will require surgery.  Until then, I have named my Bat Wings (Bart and Bertha) and will live with the pests.   I will not let these two deter me from wearing sleeveless shirts, or anything else.  They're skind - reminders of the day not too long ago when I was packing 110# extra around.

I call them my battle wings.  I am very proud of them myself.  I earned each one of them all 99.9 lbs of that loss is in these battle wings.  I am winning and I have the wings to prove it.  I like Maureen will wear them proudly.  Good luck to you.

I've got bat wings and will get them fixed when I'm done with my weight loss !  I don't think there's any exercise that tightens that up unless you are super young!

Has to do with your age, how much weight you lose, how much elasticity your skin has.  Usually you end up with skin, and no matter how much you try to tone, it just isn't going to do it.  But then it really does matter.  As for me, my arms are still as big as they were, and it's pretty ugly, but there are ways to fix it, anyone want to loan me, or give me about $40,000.

Good luck, Diane

I have always been self conscious of my arms but they are there and will remain that way. I may have one or 2 PS in time  but my arms won't be one of  them I have had enough of going under the knife! Besides I never have liked going sleeveless.
Age does have alot to do with how tight things get and genetic plays a big part, as does how long you were over weight. It is a roll of the dice, Hon.
