Good morning everyone!!!! I have been working out five times a week for the past five weeks and have been losing steadily! Monday I kicked it up from one hour to two hours and guess what.....I only lost 1 pound this week......Go figure!! Well, I will not give up on the two hour sessions. Although I am extremely sore I know it is working. I am loving the gym!! Good luck to everyone. Great job on losses this week!!

Still stalled! Grrrr. But I am working hard to get it started again.
Going to go get a hair cut (trim)and I colored it last night, those gray old lady root are gone for another few weeks!

I have been stalled at 148 for about the last three weeks.

On the plus side, though, my physical size is smaller.  I need to take about an hour to switch out my 12P pants for the 10P in the queue, and replace the size L tops with the M from the same queue.

I have an appointment with my doctor later this month, after I get back from vacation.  If the scale has moved by then, I'm going to assume that I am no longer at sweet spot and get an adjustment.

I didn't weigh in today cuz I don't know where my scale is because in the midst of my moving, I packed it in an unknown place.  However, I could have easily weighed in at the gym this morning.  Oh well, maybe next week

Good Afternoon, Cali!

I've been MIA for several weeks, but I used WWW as an excuse to weigh myself today.  I am down 5.8 pounds since the beginning of this year.  I don't think I've posted my weight even once this year so far.  I've slowed down quite a bit, mostly because I've widened my menu choices up to include almost anything again.  I still avoid bread, all pasta, potato, and rice, but I have been known to no longer unwrap the burrito to just eat the inside.  I've even twice had two slices of pizza.  It was heaven, and really helped to get over the "I'm so deprived" blues.  I put a major goal of 172 pounds for myself, saying that if I never went down as far as the doctor wanted, if I could at least get to 172 I'd be happy.  Well heck, I'm almost there.  I'm now 177.8 as of this morning!  I never really thought I'd make it!
