SF Popsicle brand. Broth I would suggest low sodium, home made broth would be the best, better taste. Just strain out the meat and vegi's. Vitamins are what kind of taste you have. There are some really good chewables on the market. Also you'll need a protein powder or already made protein drink. Check out my website there's all kinds of weight loss companies with there vitamins etc. bariatriclinks.com
Good luck on your weight loss journey.

sugar free jello - all flavors - in already made up little cups - can be bought at vons, albertsons, safeway. most stores

large canned fat free chicken or beef broth. just open and pour, or heat up first.

2 gr fat per serving whey protein powder. any brand - just check the fat content and get it as low as possible. i like the chocolate soy protein powder. one scoop + 6-8 oz water + several ice cubes and mix in blender. makes a great satisfying shake. sip on it a little at a time.

brothy soups - with meats and veggies drained out - so you are only taking in the broth - want to concentrate on going real easy on the surgery the first few weeks so it heals in place - later you can keep the meat and veggies.

crystal lite - tea

read the labels. zero to low fat, low carb, and low sodium.
something that flows through smooth and easy - for a while.

walmart, target, vons, albertsons, safeway, rite aide, walgreens, etc. you can find those items in those stores.
