Janine GREAT shout out!!!  You are AWESOME!!!

Last night my honey and I had a wonderful evening....not to mention quite!!!

As for today just doing laundry and getting a few things picked up and then just hanging out....Tomorrow I have off work...I just have to take my DH to the airport in the morning...early...5:00am.  I told him just to wake me up about 10 minutes before he wants to leave so I can brush my teeth and then I was going to come back home to get some rest.

Morning Janine and Cali Friends,

Janine you're so sweet with your shout outs, they make me smile each day and I thank you for that.  Nope not Oakland, think transbay tube and Bart!  I am so crossing my fingers.

Yesterday, I cleaned out my closet and drawers and filled 5 bags of stuff that was either too big or that I would never wear again on a bet!  So now I think I can go shopping in my closet and wear things I haven't worn for 5 years or so. I can probably last about 6 months and then everything will be too big.  WHOO HOO!  I am so excited, I kept trying stuff on and it either fit or is very close to fitting.

We went to our neighbor's house last evening for a party for her Mom's 80th birthday, man does she look wonderful and she's got more energy than I do!  Good gene pool for sure.  I was really excited though, I managed to stay clear of the appetizers (didn't bother me one bit) and the cake although it smelled good.  She had made fried chicken (which I took all the skin off of) and ate some of the breast and thigh (Ron ate the rest) and had a few green beans and about a TBS mashed potatoes.  Everything agreed with me and stayed down and I felt great.  YEE HAW!

Today, I've put off that pantry long enough and it's getting done today.  I might even fire up Turbo Tax and get them darn taxes done today too.  It will be storming today so those are great projects for me.

Good Morning Janine and Cali Crew..... Just wanted to tell you I Love You!


Got to sleep in a bit myself this morning. Had a good Valentines Day with D yesterday. We had work to do at Mom's (well, make that my) mobile home and got there around 10. Took a couple loads of trash down to the big dumpster at the park and then a couple loads of things we are keeping over here. Put away and organized those items and finally got in the shower about 4. We were going to go out and grab dinner at the local coffee shop with our BFF Neal and his partner but they got tied up so we ordered in pasta from Dominos and watched WALL-E.

Oh, and yesterday was also our 15th anniversary. Seems like yesterday when I got that first e-mail introduction from D all those years ago. D sure has been the best thing that ever happened to me in this life and I thank God every day for our life together. I have to say I just can't imagine life without him anymore, especially over the last 6 months. He has kept me grounded and focused and been there when I just didn't think I could take any more. 

So today we are heading back to the mobile home to move the last of what we are bringing here which is some patio furniture. Hoping that is done and out of the way by noonish and we can just chill this afternoon.

Good morning Janine and all,

Yep I had to go to Urgent Care to have the incisions looked at. I never knew that I was allergic to the adhesive that they used to spray on first and the stuff on the back of the strips. They just prescribed some antibiotics (go figure) and I was a little disappointed that when I asked if it was possible to get them in liquid form the doctor told me "I dont understand why you want them that way" LOL. Hey doc, I have all these incisions in my belly and just had gastric bypass surgery 8 days ago................Hmmmmm

Anyway, just going to hang around the house and help the wife with some laundry and other little things. I have put her through alot over the past 10 days and need to start making it up to her. She has been a little emotional lately and has been so worried about me and this surgery.

Good Afternoon All!  I'm here at work on a rainy dreary Sunday taking it at a nice pace.  Double time (yeah!)  My mom just called and they have 3' of snow at their house in Mt. Shasta.  Can anyone say..........."Lets go Skiing!!!!"  Ski jacked ordered and on it's way and ski pants on lay-away.  Gimme 2 weeks and another of my goals is going to bite the dust!

Had a marvelous lunch with the girls yesterday and then went out mud bogging with Joe.  Didn't plan to, was just going to deliver some feed for the cows to Randy out a the ranch, but went sloshing in the mud.  How fun!

Today is working outages here at work and staying awake.  Don't know what tomorrow will be like or if I'll have to work.  Take it one hour at a time.

Joe and Jayden have to hit the birthday party without me.  Darn.  I did get Logan's blanket made and wrapped and the chuck-e-cheese coupons printed out.

Ooops, gotta run.  Another outage just cropped up

Let's see, yesterday at work, CRAYZEEEEE AZZZ BUSY ~ HOLY COW!!!!!! Just when I think I've seen the busiest day possible, it gets worse!!!!  Why do people wait 5 hours for food, 3 of them in line?????? WTF!!!!!! Even in my eating days, NO FOOD is worth that!!!!!! Just walking across the casino for anything was an ordeal and the lines for the bathroons, SCARY!!!!   But, the night sure flew by!  lol   A night in a busy casino waiting in long lines is NOT my idea of a romantic or fun VDay!!!!

Yes Janine, we did have a good night..  Just let the kids play and then spend some alone time with the DH..  It was a good day..

I am cleaning today, and getting ready for my Daughters Birthday tomorrow.. We are going to have some cake and a couple presents, but have the real party on a weekend..
